Residence Kitchens
Barkley Hall has fully equipped kitchens for the residents to use including refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, stoves and cupboards.
Bathrooms
Spacious bathrooms are located on each level and in each section of the residence.
Laundry
The laundry facilities include coin operated washing machines and dry rooms, irons and ironing boards as well as outdoor washing lines.
Parking
Free, secure, on-site parking and bike racks
Recreation
The shared Lounge and Rec Room are available to all residents as a place to relax or socialise with other residents, visitors and guests. TV’s and table tennis available.
The courtyard within the wings of Barkley Hall is a pleasant place to enjoy the outside with tables and benches to study, have picnics or barbeques.
Library
Residents are welcome to use the RTC Library for quiet study. Library membership is free.
Internet
Broadband Internet is available to all residents via a wireless network. There is no additional charge for this service.
Churches
The RTC Resource Centre is the home of the South Barwon Christian Reformed Church. Services are held on Sundays at 10am and residents are welcome to attend. South Barwon also run a BBQ for all Barkley Hall residents on occasions.
Geelong has many other churches of differing denominations that will welcome residents. The House Parents or office staff can speak to you about attending other Churches in Geelong.
